● Sanitizing Treatments For Your Ductwork

In order to sanitize; the ductwork must first be thoroughly cleaned by a professional air duct cleaning company.  After the ducts are cleaned, the Oxine-HVAC is sprayed into the ductwork, at the return air side, using a special fogger! Sanitizing requires a two hour evacuation of the premises. WARNING: Most companies advertise "Sanitizing" but do not require a two hour evacuation of the home! This is because they are using a "Deodorizer" which will eliminate odors, but it will not kill mold! Sanitizing and Deodorizing are two different products! (See below)

EnviroCon HVAC:  Envirocon works to control odors associated with bacteria, mold, mildew, animals, smoke, etc. It contains no perfumes or masking agents.

It's environmentally safe, and approved for commercial, industrial, or residential use in air systems.

EnviroCon is excellent when sprayed in HVAC system or intake of your auto AC system. There is scented (peppermint) or odorless for those who are more susceptible to chemicals.
